A new study recently published in Research in Autism Spectrum Disorders says that 14 different studies have shown that Gluten Free-Casein Free diets are not helpful in children with Autism and related developmental difficulties.
Some parents say it works, others may say there is little or no change in the child. Regardless of a study showing it may not be helpful, it is ultimately up to the parent to decide on treatment options and diet. Starting a Gluten-Free Casein Free diet is not some sort of risky procedure that can cause irreversible damage to one’s health.
